SAMI delivers with interactive, intuitive and visual dashboards. The SAMI Key Risk Indicator (KRIS) system with deep data analytics  makes it easy to identify risks, trends, and insights, uncovered from every financial advice file review from your SAMI compliance workbench. 

Risk and Compliance Reporting

The Advice RegTech Supervision and Monitoring Intelligence (SAMI) system makes your reporting easy and secure, with in-app permissioned views.  In-built support for incident and compaints reporting with compatible file downloads. 

For stakeholders and management, insights at-a-glance, and drill-down interaction with Dashboard charts and reporting tables. These can be filtered from AFSL level for the highest permissioned users, to regional, practice and adviser-specific views, to support review and coaching sessions. Sort and filter on specific risk tags to support thematic reviews. This forms a basis of understanding past performance, issues and areas to focus on to ensure a smooth transition. SAMI can help by supporting the checks and record-keeping that all therelevant documents have been provided and any areas of concern flagged.

Adviser Reference Check

For outgoing advisers, SAMI provides you with an easy way to build your reference information with the ability to quickly filter and report on an adviser.  These insights can then be easily shared as part of your Adviser Reference Check making meeting these obligations far easier. 

Licensee Remediation Programs

When remediation is required, SAMI delivers a framework and solutions to allow you to triage cases objectively, accurately, and consistently. Using the SAMI predefined remediation question set, or your bespoke question set, you can quickly triage historical cases.  


Our risk and compliance customer success experts work with your team to add any additional questions required and design automated workflow for managing remediation cases. 


If not already in SAMI, remediation case files including Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, Fact Finds, File Notes and all other documents supporting the advice are securely uploaded in bulk from your advice CRM, physical devices or cloud storage platforms.  SAMI will use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on scanned documents, converting all files to digital text, as well as enabling the review of  those with handwriting, image and many other file types.  


SAMI saves you time by then automatically document categorising and highlighting relevant sections of documents against the Remediation question set, ready for you or your team to efficiently complete the remediation review. Using SAMI's smart algorithms, you will save valuable time and effort, by the content of files being analysed and presented for efficient checking.
